1. General

This user service agreement (hereafter referred to as"The agreement") applies to Provide Lite video player software (hereafter referred to as"Provide Lite") and its related services. By downloading, installing, or using Provide Lite, you agree to accept the terms of this agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this agreement, please stop using Provide Lite immediately.
1.2 definition of services
Provide Lite is a video player designed to provide an efficient and smooth video playback experience. Services include but are not limited to video playback, video management, personalized recommendations and other functions.
1.3 changes to services
Provide Lite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice to the user. Any changes will be published on the Provide Lite website or in the app and will be communicated to the user via email or in-app notification.
2. User Registration and account management

Eligibility for registration: you must be 18 years of age or above and have full civil capacity before you can register to use Provide Lite.
Registration Information: users should provide true, accurate and complete information when registering, and update it in time when the information changes.
Account Security: users should take good care of the account and password, account information may not be disclosed to others. Provide Lite is not responsible for any misappropriation or loss of account due to user's own reasons.
2.2 account management
Account permissions: upon successful registration, the user will be given an account that can be used to log in to Provide Lite and related services.
Account cancellation: users can log in to the account after entering the"Settings" page, select"Cancel account" function to cancel the account. Once the account is deactivated, all relevant data and information will not be restored.
Account Violation: Provide Lite reserves the right to suspend or terminate the use of this account without prior notice to the user if the user violates this agreement or any relevant laws or regulations.
3. Content of services
3.1 video playback
HD playback: Provide Lite supports HD, 4K video playback, providing a smooth and stable playback experience.
Format support: Provide Lite supports a number of major video formats, including but not limited to MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, and more.
Playback function: Provide Lite provides fast-forward, fast-back, playback speed adjustment and other functions, users can freely adjust the playback rhythm according to their needs.
3.2 video management
Video Library: imported videos are automatically displayed in Provide Lite's video library, making it easy for users to manage and find videos.
Edit Operation: users can rename and delete the video operation, easy to manage personal video resources.
3.3 personalized recommendations
Provide Lite provides personalized video recommendations based on users' playing history and preferences to help users find more interesting video content.
4. User Behavior Guidelines
4.1 lawful
Users should comply with all applicable laws and regulations and should not use Provide Lite for any illegal activities, including but not limited to dissemination of illegal content, infringement of intellectual property rights of others, etc. .
4.2 prohibited Acts
Users are prohibited from:
Dissemination of illegal content: shall not disseminate any content in violation of laws and regulations, including but not limited to pornography, violence, terror, discriminatory content.

4.3 user responsibility
Users take full responsibility for their actions on Provide Lite. Provide Lite reserves the right to take actions including, but not limited to, suspension or termination of accounts, removal of content, and legal action if a user violates this agreement or any relevant laws and regulations.
5. Copyright and intellectual property
5.1 copyright
All content in Provide Lite and related services, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software code, etc. , is protected by copyright law. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise use this content without Provide Lite's written permission.
5.2 user content
If you upload or share video content on Provide Lite, you should make sure it is legally copyrighted or authorized by the copyright owner. If a user uploads content that infringes on the copyright of another person, Provide Lite reserves the right to remove that content and hold the user legally responsible.
6. Disclaimers
6.1 interruption of services
Provide Lite makes every effort to ensure the stability and availability of the service, but does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted or suffer other technical problems. Provide Lite assumes no responsibility for service interruptions due to force majeure, network failures, third-party service outages, etc. .
6.2 accuracy
Provide Lite does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of content uploaded or shared by users. Users should take full responsibility for the content they upload or share.
6.3 third-party links

7. Dispute Settlement

The interpretation and application of this agreement and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the law.
7.2 mode of dispute settlement
Any dispute arising out of this agreement between user and Provide Lite shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. When negotiations fail, the parties agree to submit the dispute to arbitration or litigation at the location of Provide Lite.
